Hungarian Rally Championship: The winner takes it all

The third round of the Hungarian Rally Championship took place in Veszpr?m, a traditionally rough gravel event. After the first few stages, most of the cars from the class of Adam Matok retired already, so the main task was just to bring the car in first place and collect maximum points. Adam finished 4th in the 2WD, beaten only by two S1600 Suzuki and an Citroen C2R2.

The Honda Civic Type R performed extremely well, the service team did a great job before and during the event. With this victory, Adam Matok is the only driver in the championship with a perfect record, three victories and three power stage wins in three events, 28 stage victories out of 32 special stages this year.
