Rally Talsi: Marcis Kenavs second in R2

Local driver Marcis Kenavs finished second in R2, in the Rally Talsi,the 4th round of the Latvian Rally Championship. He and co driver Ricards Viksna set the fastest times in the three last stages, but could beat  Ralfs Sirmacis, the leader in R2.
